Privacy

The short version: your costings are yours. We do not sell, share or look at your figures, and nobody at any rice trading or milling business connected with MillMargin’s founders can see them.

What we keep

• Account: your name and email (from Google or the email you type), and the details you give on the welcome screen — company, city, country, role and, if you choose, a WhatsApp number.
• Your costings and rates: stored so you can open them again.
• Usage counts: for example how many costings and PDFs an account makes, so we can improve the tool. No advertising trackers.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not share your costings with anyone, and we do not read them unless you ask us to help with a problem.
• We do not use your figures to build market reports. If we ever offer industry benchmarks, they will only use anonymous, combined numbers and only with your separate consent.

WhatsApp and email

We email you sign-in codes and important account messages. We send WhatsApp tips and updates only if you tick the box, and you can stop them any time.

Where it is stored

MillMargin runs on Cloudflare. Data is stored in Cloudflare’s database service and sent over encrypted connections. When photo and scanned-report reading is added, uploaded reports will be processed by Anthropic’s Claude through its business API, which by default does not use that data to train models.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account and all your costings: support@millmargin.com.
• We delete closed accounts and their costings within 30 days.
