MillMargin is a costing tool for rice and grain processors, run by [COMPANY NAME] (“we”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

• Use a real email address or Google account. Keep your sign-in to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done under your account.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to support@millmargin.com.

Plans and trial

• New accounts get 30 days of Pro free. After that the account moves to the Free plan unless you buy Pro.
• The Free plan includes head-rice costing, 10 saved costings and a one-page PDF; Pro adds export costing, unlimited saves, Excel, the rate library and branded PDFs.
• Prices and plan contents may change; we will tell you before a change affects what you have paid for.

Your costings are your decisions

MillMargin does the arithmetic on the figures you enter. It does not check your rates, weights, exchange rates or freight, and it is not financial, trading or legal advice. Check results before you quote, buy or sell. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from decisions based on the tool’s results.

Fair use

• Do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• We may switch off accounts that misuse the service.

The service

We aim to keep MillMargin available and accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may improve or change features over time.
